By downloading, installing, or using the Pryer application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. Riemann Solutions Pty Ltd ("Pryer", "we", "us") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification or email.

PRYER IS NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE. In any emergency — including an active crime in progress, a medical emergency, or a fire — you must contact the relevant emergency authorities immediately:

• Australia: 000

• United Kingdom: 999

• United States: 911

Do not rely on Pryer for emergency response. Pryer provides a community information-sharing platform only.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to users under 16.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and when using the App

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

One account per person. You may not create accounts for others without their explicit consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Pryer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You represent that:

• Your User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge

• You have the right to submit it (e.g. you have consent to share footage captured on your property)

• It does not violate any law or third-party rights

User Content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or that includes personal identifying information about individuals (names, addresses, vehicle registration) may be removed and may result in account suspension.

You must not use the App to:

• Submit false, fabricated, or intentionally misleading incident reports

• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person or group

• Post content that is racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory

• Identify, expose, or target specific individuals (doxxing)

• Share content depicting illegal activity in a way that glorifies or encourages it

• Interfere with the App's operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access

• Use the App for commercial solicitation or spam

• Impersonate another person or organisation

• Distribute malware or harmful code

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

Pryer is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals. Incident locations are displayed at suburb or city level only — no exact street addresses are shown to other users. Reporter identities are displayed only by first name and last initial. No full name, direct contact details, or personal identifying information of any individual (including reporters, commenters, or subjects of reports) will be displayed to other users.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at pryer.app/privacy.

Pryer may cooperate with law enforcement agencies and share User Content or account information when required by law, court order, or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person or the public. We will attempt to notify you of such requests unless prohibited by law.

Pryer uses automated moderation (keyword filtering, image safety scanning via Google Cloud Vision, and community voting) to detect and remove harmful content. We reserve the right — but are not obligated — to review, remove, or modify any User Content at our discretion. Community members can flag content for review. Three or more false-report flags will suspend a post pending review. Repeated violations will result in account suspension.

Pryer offers a free tier (Pryer Free) and a subscription tier (Pryer+). Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play and billed according to their billing policies. Subscription fees are charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly.

The App, including its code, design, branding, name "Pryer", and all associated materials, are owned by Riemann Solutions Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written consent.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRYER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of incident reports submitted by users

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App

• Fitness for any particular purpose

• The security of data transmitted through the App

Community-submitted content reflects the views of individual users, not Pryer. We do not verify the accuracy of incident reports.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRYER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the App

• Reliance on any User Content

• Delays or failures in notifications

• Unauthorised access to your data

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $50, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pryer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 5, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 18 survive termination.

The App integrates with third-party services (Google Maps, Firebase, RevenueCat, Twilio, Bunny CDN, Resend). Your use of these integrations is subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct of any third-party service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any dispute arising under these Terms. If you are a consumer under Australian Consumer Law, you retain all rights provided by that law regardless of any conflicting provision in these Terms.
